Q 1. Do I need to set up an account to place my order?
To shop online at CGG Kids, you do not have to create an account necessarily. Instead, you can use the “guest” checkout feature to shop. However, by creating an account, you can: Manage your account details, track your order status and review past orders. Furthermore you can save your shipping details for future purchases and a faster shopping experience. Moreover you will be informed about our new arrivals along with special online promotions and discounts! We take online privacy of our customers very seriously and take full measures to protect their personal information, so you don’t need to worry. Please view our Privacy Policy for more details.
Q 2. What if I don’t receive my email order confirmation?
Sales Order Summary or Order Confirmation is essentially a soft receipt that would be emailed to you within an hour of placing your order. If you don’t get one in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder and if it still isn’t there, call Customer Service at 0330 534 5552 to confirm your order.
Q 3. Does adding an item to the cart reserve it for me if I like to place order later?
No, unfortunately an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at checkout.
Q 4. How will I know that my order is placed and is confirmed?
The Sales Order Summary emailed to you will act as confirmation that your order has been logged in our record. Furthermore, we make manual confirmation normally through WhatsApp within 12 hours of receipt of your order in our system. We try reaching through phone call or email in case WhatsApp is not available or answered. However if we remain unsuccessfully in manual confirmation through all above means, the order will be cancelled within 48 hours of our last follow-up. If you do not get this email or confirmation message/call, please contact Customer Services at 0330 534 5552.
Q 5. Can I make changes or add items to an existing order?
Yes, we would be able to edit/modify your order manually after your order has been confirmed. However changes would be difficult once the order goes under processing.
Q 6. What payment options do I have?
- Cash on Delivery (available nationwide)
- Interest Free Installment Option (through our Business Partner QisstPay)
- Online payment (Visa: Debit/Credit, Master: Debit/Credit through Bykea Payment Option)
- Mobile Wallet Payments (Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, Telenor through Bykea Payment Option)
Q 7. What is delivery time?
Delivery time can take between 3-5 working days, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. Please expect little delay during seasonal sales and occasions like Eid.
Q 8. What are delivery charges?
We offer free shipping over PKR 2000 in Pakistan. Order below Rs. 2,000 are processed on delivery charges of Rs. 200.
Q 9. How do I check the delivery status?
On dispatch, you will receive a text message/SMS via courier service which will include your tracking number so that you can track your order online at all times.
