We offer 7 Days Return and Exchange Policy to make it hassle free returns or exchanges for issues like size changes or any other factor that may lead customer to make return or exchange decision.
We try to cover comprehensive details about the size dimensions and fabric details to help you make right selection. However we do understand that sizes sometimes create issue after delivery so we offer easy exchanges with no or minimal additional charges depending on the total value of the order.
Replacement or Exchange Procedure
Replacement could be required due to size or sometimes you may like to buy some other product. We offer both options. The price differences above or below the price is adjusted.
You can contact us through call on our contact numbers, whatsapp, email or official social media accounts. Kindly provide details of your order along with amount and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange or replace.
Please make sure that item has not been used and is returned in original packing with all tags being properly intact on the product. Your exchanged product will be dispatched upon receipt of item that needs to be replaced.
We do offer door step pickup for the exchanged items as well and in that case both pickup and delivery of replacement are arranged simultaneously.
Currently we charge Rs. 200 for the delivery and Rs. 200 for the pickups (this amount can increase depending the increase in delivery charges by our delivery service partners). Free exchange is offered for orders of value above Rs. 5,000. For returns initiated by customer itself, exchanged item will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of product from customer.
Return Procedure
You can contact us through call on our contact numbers, whatsapp, email or official social media accounts. Kindly provide details of your order along with amount and details of the item(s) you wish to turn. These return include change of mind or some issues other than quality so claim period is 7 days. Kindly note that such returns are not considered under Money Back Guarantee so return needs to be dispatched back within 7 days after receipt of delivery at customer end. Please make sure that item has not been used and is returned in original packing with all tags being properly intact on the product.
Amount other than delivery charges will be refunded in full. We offer refunds through mobile wallets like Jazz Cash, Telenor, Easy Paisa etc., as well as bank transfers. You would be required to provide us these details along with refund claim. Claim is processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned product.
